  • How can I use my promotional codes?

    You enter your promotional code on the shopping cart page, once the latter contains all the articles you have ordered.
  • I don't want to pay by bank card, what are the other payment methods available?

    When you select your method of payment, you can choose to pay by cheque, to the order of Maison En Vogue SAS, by attaching a digital copy of your passport or ID card (back and front) to your message.
  • Help me choose between the two chairs I'm looking at, I like both of them?

    Need advice before ordering? Contact us, we know our products very well and will be able to help you.
  • It is difficult for a truck to access my delivery address.

    Contact us as soon as possible (ideally before ordering) so we can find a solution. It is your responsibility to ensure good access to your delivery addresses.
  • Do my products have a guarantee?

    maisonenvogue.com respects the legal warranty against latent defects, within the meaning of Article 1641 of the French Civil Code: "A seller is bound to a warranty on account of the latent defects of the object sold which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or which so impair that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lesser price for it, had he known of them."
  • Do you have a showroom so I can view the products before ordering?

    At the moment our premises are not open to the public. If you want more details about the softness of an armchair, or the distressed finish of a table, please contact us by email or telephone, and we will answer your query to the best of our ability, even sending you detailed photos if necessary.
  • Do you want to reserve this product immediately, but schedule delivery at a later date?

    MEV offers free storage of your products, so you have the time you need until your projects or renovation work is completed. Your product will be prepared for you, reserved and placed in storage near your home until the required delivery date. Contact us by telephone or use our contact form if you want to benefit from this free service.

  • An item in my order was damaged when it arrived, what can I do?

    If your package was damaged, immediately inform the Post Office, or the carrier in question, and get in touch with us.
  • My order is not what I want, how can I send it back to you?

    You have a withdrawal period of 14 full days, starting from the date at which your article was delivered, to change your mind and return the order to us. You have to return the goods in their original condition and packaging.
  • My order has had 'shipped' status for several days, but I have not received anything yet

    Follow the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website (La Poste, UPS, etc.). In the event of difficulty, contact us.
  • I want to cancel my order but I haven't received my packages yet

    You can cancel your order at any time. This possibility is broader than the legal conditions for cancellation after reception by the Client. To change or cancel your order, contact us indicating your order number. You may be asked for written confirmation.
